🗣To cater to the increased demand for Terra USD (UST), Terra Money will implement the economics proposal by Jump Trading for minting of Terra USD (UST).

✅ Demand for Terra USD (UST) has increased significantly post the introduction of Mirror protocol
✅ Current stablecoin mints were not capable of catering to surge in demand for Terra USD (UST)
✅Current conditions enable just $20k swaps within ~1% of the oracle price.
🌈 What would this proposal do❓
✅ The proposed parameter changes are:
- pool_recovery_period: 8hr --> 20 mins
- base_pool: 625,000 SDT --> 7M SDT
✅ This would allow the swap spread to be contained ~1% of the oracle price for a $200k swap, and within ~5% of the oracle price for a $600k swap.
✅ The spread previously took 8 hours to return to the base spread of 50bp, now it will take 20 minutes to return to normal.
✅ In rough terms, this would make the on-chain swap mechanism 10x more efficient than current levels. 📈😮
